The watch is currently not running and is offered in as-is condition, and will require repairs. Condition: The watch winds but the winder feels loose and doesn't develop the expected tension. Observations: Both covers were balky screwing back in place and took some patience to get them to thread properly. The movement is grade "Anchor in Shield" which is considered a Railroad quality grade.
